Liz: I am a stay at home mom working on being a better version of me. Over one year ago I decided to eat gluten free. I was struggling with depression, anxiety and losing weight from my second child. In the attempt to feel better I thought I would give it a try. I lost 5 pounds in the first two weeks and have felt much healthier ever since. Now I'm learning ways that I can make my body stronger.
